Thank you for shopping with Nightorra. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Where we ship

We ship to the contiguous United States (the 48 continental states and Washington, DC). We don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

Cost

Standard shipping is free on all orders.

Processing and delivery times

Orders ship from our US warehouse. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and US holidays). After your order ships, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.

Order tracking

We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to show updates.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it; we can't change the address once the order has shipped.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or is delayed, contact us and we'll make it right. See our refund policy.

Order changes and cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We can change or cancel orders before they ship, with a full refund to the original payment method.
